3D Ultrasound

A special glimpse of your growing baby

Seeing your baby for the first time can be one of the most exciting moments of pregnancy. At The EpiCentre, 3D ultrasound technology allows you to view detailed images of your baby while they are still developing in the womb.

Unlike traditional ultrasound imaging, 3D ultrasounds use sound waves to create more detailed images, giving parents a clearer look at their baby’s features. In addition to providing a memorable experience, this advanced imaging can also assist physicians in identifying certain concerns during pregnancy.

Our team is here to help make this moment meaningful while ensuring that both you and your baby receive attentive, high-quality care throughout your pregnancy.

Chronic Pelvic Pain

Helping you find answers and relief

Chronic pelvic pain is defined as pain in the pelvic region that lasts for six months or longer. It can be caused by a variety of conditions, and in some cases more than one factor may contribute to the discomfort. For some women, the exact cause may not always be immediately clear.

To better understand the source of your symptoms, our providers may recommend evaluations such as a pelvic exam, ultrasound imaging, or other appropriate diagnostic tests.

If you are experiencing chronic pelvic pain, our team is here to support you. At The EpiCentre, we work closely with each patient to identify possible causes and develop personalized treatment strategies to help manage symptoms and improve overall quality of life.

Our approach focuses on accurate evaluation, symptom relief, and long-term management, with treatment plans tailored to your individual needs, lifestyle, and health goals.

Endometriosis is a condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. This can lead to significant pain and may affect the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and other areas within the pelvis. With compassionate care and ongoing support, our team works closely with you to help manage symptoms and improve your quality of life.

Office & Outpatient Surgery

Advanced care in a comfortable setting

At The EpiCentre, we offer a variety of office and outpatient procedures to diagnose and treat women’s health concerns. Our experienced team is trained in modern techniques designed to provide safe, effective care while prioritizing your comfort and well-being.

Each procedure is performed with careful attention to your individual needs, ensuring that you receive the most appropriate treatment options in a supportive and professional environment.

Procedures We Offer

  • Colposcopy
A colposcopy may be recommended if the results of a Pap smear indicate an abnormality. This procedure uses a specialized magnifying instrument to closely examine the cervix and help identify areas that may require further evaluation.
  • Endometrial Ablation
Endometrial ablation is a procedure used to treat abnormal uterine bleeding caused by benign conditions. It works by removing or destroying the lining of the uterus using methods such as heat, freezing, electrical energy, or other advanced techniques.
  • Hysteroscopy
Hysteroscopy uses a small, lighted instrument to examine the inside of the uterus. This procedure can help evaluate abnormal uterine bleeding and may also be used to remove certain conditions such as fibroids, polyps, or uterine abnormalities.
  • LEEP (Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure)
LEEP is a procedure that uses a low-voltage electrical current to remove abnormal cervical tissue. It is commonly performed when abnormal cells are detected during cervical screening.

Prenatal Care

Expert Care for a Healthy Pregnancy

Your pregnancy deserves more than a routine checklist of appointments. At The EpiCentre, we provide personalized, physician-led prenatal care that combines advanced medical expertise with a thoughtful and compassionate approach to your experience.

From the moment you hear your baby’s first heartbeat to the day you welcome them into the world, our team focuses on proactive monitoring, open communication, and careful planning so you feel confident, informed, and supported throughout your pregnancy journey.

Prenatal care is one of the most important ways to promote the health and well-being of both mother and baby. Early and consistent care allows our providers to identify potential concerns sooner and reduce the risk of pregnancy or birth complications. For this reason, we encourage patients to schedule their first appointment with The EpiCentre as soon as they confirm their pregnancy.

Regular prenatal care can help:

  • Ensure medications are safe for pregnancy
  • Screen for genetic conditions or birth defects
  • Reduce the risk of pregnancy-related complications
  • Support healthy fetal development and improved neonatal outcomes

UTI

Prompt diagnosis and treatment for urinary tract infections
Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are common, especially among women. Because women have a shorter urethra than men, bacteria can more easily reach the bladder and cause infection.

At The EpiCentre, our team provides thorough evaluation and effective treatment for UTIs. If you are experiencing symptoms such as burning during urination, frequent urges to urinate, pelvic discomfort, or cloudy urine, our providers can help identify the cause and recommend the appropriate treatment.

In addition to treatment, we also provide guidance on prevention strategies to help reduce the likelihood of future infections and support your overall urinary health.

Well Woman Exam

Routine care to support your long-term health

Well-woman exams are an important part of maintaining your overall health and wellness. Regular checkups allow your provider to monitor changes in your health, address concerns, and help prevent potential issues before they become more serious.

These visits also provide an opportunity to discuss your reproductive health, lifestyle, and any symptoms or questions you may have. At The EpiCentre, we recommend scheduling a well-woman exam annually to help identify, diagnose, and treat health concerns as early as possible.

A well-woman exam may include:

  • Review of your health history
  • Physical examination
  • Pelvic examination
  • Breast examination

Our team is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care that supports your health at every stage of life. Contact The EpiCentre today to schedule your well-woman exam and take an important step toward maintaining your health.
